In this highly interactive session, participants will learn their own preferred creative thinking and problem solving style through the use of the Basadur Creative Problem Solving Profile Tool and how they can work effectively with other styles while learning the basics of the Creative Problem Solving Process (CPS).

Through the use of the Profile, participants will not only learn of their preferred style and those of their team, they will understand the importance of all styles in the creative process and will learn the skills necessary to move from one style to another as needed to facilitate effective problem solving and innovation.
