Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is a results oriented process for solving complex problems by effectively identifying the real issues, clarifying the problem, generating novel ideas, developing effective solutions, and planning for action while promoting collaboration among team members.
Through participation, individuals will learn and get hands-on experience using the process, tools & techniques that can then be applied widely to any situation that requires new and innovative thinking both at work and in their personal lives.
The CPS process can be facilitated from beginning to end or any part along the process, such as problem identification & clarification, idea generation or action planning.
Used in conjunction with the Problem Solving Profile participants will learn their own problem solving style and that of the group and will be able to identify the needs of each unique situation and be able to leverage the strengths of the group effectively and adapt as needed.
Sessions would be designed to meet your need and your challenge and can be half day, full day or multi-day.
